How do I earn Weta Dollars?

For every 10 United States Dollars (or the equivalent amount in your currency) you spend on our site, you earn 1 Weta Dollar.

Weta Dollars are equivalent in value to US Dollars, so 1 Weta Dollar is equivalent to 1 US Dollar. You can then use these Weta Dollars to save money on future purchases on our site. That's a 10% saving.

But that's not all - the more you shop, the more Weta Dollars you get. If you spend 500 US Dollars or more in any preceeding 12 month period, you are promoted to Gold Collector status, which means you earn 1.5 Weta Dollars for every 10 US Dollars you spend . That's a 15% saving.

As a Gold collector, you will also get exclusive access to VIP promotions and product offers, as our thanks for your loyalty. You can retain this Gold Collector status for as long as you have spent 500 US Dollars in the preceeding 12 months.

You can also earn higher levels of Weta Dollars by placing pre-orders within the first 2 weeks of some new products being released. These "Early Bird" Specials will offer up to 20 Weta Dollars per 100 US Dollars spent.

Weta Dollars can only be earned and redeemed on www.wetaNZ.com and only on items that you order and pay for by credit card through our online checkout process. The Weta Dollars will be credited to your account upon final payment, which means when the order or pre-order item(s) have been shipped.

Weta Dollars can not be earned on orders made over the phone, by mail or fax.

The amount of Weta Dollars you earn will be calculated off the actual amount you have paid for the item(s) you order, excluding shipping costs, any applicable sales taxes and any discounts offered eg: Gift Cards, Discount Codes, Weta Dollars used, etc

Weta Dollars will be deducted for any orders which are returned or refunded.
