How do I order online?

Ordering from our website is simple and follows the conventions of other major shopping websites.

Your purchase will normally happen like this:

1. You find a product on our site that you would like to buy
2. You click the ADD TO CART button
3. You browse through the site and add as many items as you like - the number of products you've added shows up next to the CART at the top of the screen.
4. When you are ready to finalise your purchase, click on CART at the top of your screen
5. Check the contents of your cart are what you expected. Then click the CHECK OUT NOW button
6. You will be asked to supply your delivery and billing addresses. Then click the CONTINUE button
7. You will be given the choice to save money on your purchase by using Weta Dollars earned from your past orders. Then click on the CONTINUE button.
8. You will be presented with a total order confirmation page, including all order delivery, billing and payment details. If everything is correct, click the CONFIRM AND BUY button to confirm your order
9. You will be sent to a secure external page hosted by our bank, to submit your payment details. Then click the PAY button
10. You will then see a final confirmation page and also receive an email confirming your order
