It's the mid nineteenth century and the people of California are voting to officially become the 31st State of the Union. Just when it appears that the years of tyrannical Mexican rule are finally about to end, a villainous group attempts to steal the ballots and Zorro, the masked defender of justice, is forced into action once more to thwart their plan.
