In 2021, Wētā Workshop was approached by director Chris McKay and his team to do some early design exploration for horror-comedy Renfield, the title character played by Nicholas Hoult and Dracula played by Nicolas Cage. With both protagonists undergoing changes to their appearance throughout the film, we were tasked with exploring a few different looks for each of them.
